District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Coochbehar is recruiting 80 Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) on contractual basis for the under mentioned Blocks under Mathabhanga Sub –division, Coochbehar. The posts are for women candidates only (see below). Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria is given below —

DISTRICT HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE SAMITY — 80 ASHA WORKER FOR MATHABHANGA SUB-DIVISION, COOCHBEHAR.  LAST DATE — 18/12/2013.

ACCREDITED SOCIAL HEALTH ACTIVIST (ASHA)
Number of Vacancies: 80 Nos.
The vacancies are further breaks up into Blocks under Mathabhanga Sub-division, namely – Mathabhanga-I, Mathabhanga-II and Sitalkuchi. For available number of vacancies as per GP wise and category wise, please see the below given PDF file.

Norms and Condition —
  1. Only female candidates, Married/ Widow or Legally divorced, are eligible for the vacancies. 
  2. Candidates must be resident of the village under the said block where vacancies are available. The EPIC/ Voter card or Ration card is to be provided for proof of residence. 
  3. Candidates must be minimum 30 years and maximum 40 as on 01/12/2013. For SC/ST candidates, the age should be between 22 years to 40 years. The verification of age will be made on basis of Date of Birth mentioned in the Madhyamik pass certificate/ admit card. 
  4. Candidates must be minimum Madhyamik pass or equivalent. Candidates with higher qualification may also apply but there will be no additional marks for higher qualification. Selection will be purely on basis of performance in Madhyamik examination. 
  5. The eligible candidates will be only called for Interview. The date and venue of Interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course. 
  6. The last date to submit the Application form along with enclosures is 18/12/2013 (3 PM).
  7. The Application form is to be submitted at the respective B.D.O Office of the area/block

— Educational qualification certificate and Mark sheet (Madhyamik onwards)
— Madhyamik or equivalent examination Admit card for Age verification
— EPIC / Voter card or Ration card for address verification

— Essential documents in case of candidates from Self Help Group/ Trained Midwife/ Link worker, if applicable.
— 02 copy of passport size photograph with signature on it.
— Two self-addressed envelope (23x10cms) with requisite postal stamp affixed on it.

District Project Management Unit (DPMU), Kanyashree Prakalpa, Jalpaiguri is recruiting Accountant, Accounts-cum-Data Manager and Data Manager on contract basis. Total vacancies- 20. 1. ACCOUNTANT
Number of Vacancies: 1 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce with Accountancy Honours plus Certificate in Computer application covering MS Office, Tally, Presentation, etc.
Desirable — 03 yrs working experience in the field is desirable.
Salary: Rs.15000/-

2. ACCOUNTS-CUM-DATA MANAGER 
Number of Vacancies: 2 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce and Certificate in Computer Application covering MS Office.
Desirable — 01 year of working experience is desirable.
Salary: Rs.12000/-

3. DATA MANAGER 
Number of Vacancies: 16 Nos. (One post for each 13 Block and one post for each Sub-division under Jalpaiguri district)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and Certificate in Computer Application. Candidate must have typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Desirable — work experience of one year is desirable.
Salary: Rs.11000/- per month

Age Limit (For all above posts): Candidates must be minimum 18yrs and maximum 37yrs as on 17/12/2013.

The engagement to the above said posts are on contract basis for 03 yrs. Extension of contractual period is on sole discretion of the authority.
The recruitment is for District Project Management Unit (DPMU), Kanyashree Prakalpa, Jalpaiguri.

The applicant in case of Data Manager must be the domicile/resident of that specific block/Municipal area in which he or she resides and in case of Accountant and Accounts-cum-Data Manager must be the domicile/resident of Jalpaiguri District.

In case of Data Manager the application shall be addressed to BDOs concerned for block jurisdiction and SDOs concerned for Municipality.
In case of Dhupguri and Sadar Municipality the application shall be addressed to Sadar SDO, Jalpaiguri. The same may submitted to BDOs and SDOs concerned on all working days by hand or by post till 5.30 PM of the last date of submission i.e. 17th December 2013.

Qualification: Class VIII pass
Pay Scale: Rs.4900—16200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1700 plus other allowances as per norms.


PANCHAYAT SAMITI LEVEL POSTS — 
4. Samiti Education Officer: 19 Nos. (Gen—9; SC—5; ST—1; OBC—4)
Qualification: Graduate degree with Post Graduate B.Ed. degree or Graduate Degree with three years experience in teaching in any Primary or Secondary School or Graduate Degree with three years experience of working in Govt. sponsored Alternative System of Education or Graduate degree with three years experience in Management of Education.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3600 plus other allowances as per norms.

5. Accounts Clerk: 29 Nos. (Gen—10; SC—7; ST—1; OBC—6)
Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent. Diploma in Computer Application is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600 plus other allowances as per norms.

6. Clerk cum Typist: 30 Nos. (Gen—15; SC—3; ST—2; OBC—4)
Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent and must have typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600 plus other allowances as per norms.

7. Panchayat Samiti Peon: 16 Nos. (Gen—6; SC—6; ST—1; OBC—3)
Qualification: Must have knowledge of reading and writing in Bengali.
Pay Scale: Rs.4900—16200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1700 plus other allowances as per norms.

Age Limit (For all posts): Between 18yrs to 40yrs as on 01/01/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST - 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others - As per norms.

The engagement to the posts are on purely temporary basis.
