Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is inviting online Application form from the eligible candidates for Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2014 for recruitment to different posts in various Departments/Offices where Graduation is minimum qualification requirement. Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination followed by Computer Proficiency Test/ Interview/ Skill test (wherever applicable). Qualification norms and brief details are given below —

Updated on 14/02/2014: The Last date of Application is extended from 14/02/2014 to 24/02/2014 (03.03.2014 for far flung areas). Changes in qualification and dates are given below in Red Text.

COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION, 2014
Date of Exam: 27/04/2014, 04/05/2014.

Selection process of the candidates will be carried step by step. The Examination will be conducted in three tiers as indicated below:
Tier -I — Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier -II — Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier -III — Personality Test cum Interview/Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill Test (wherever applicable)/Document Verification

Examination will be held at various Examination centre of SSC in India. (See PDF given below). 4. Assistant Enforcement Officer (In Directorate of Enforcement, Department of Revenue)

6. Inspector of Posts (in Department of Post)
7. Divisional Accountant (in Offices under CAG)
8. Statistical Investigator Gr.II (in M/Statistics & Prog. Implementation)

ELIGIBILITY NORMS FOR SSC COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINER, 2014.

Essential Educational Qualification: —
For Compiler: Bachelor's degree with Economics or Statistics or Mathematics as compulsory or Elective subject.

For Statistical Investigator Grade-II:    Bachelor's Degree with Statistics as one of the main subjects.
OR bachelor's Degree with Economics ( with Statistics as a paper studied in one year/two years/all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects
OR Bachelor‟s Degree with Commerce (with Statistics as a paper studied in one year/two years/all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects  
Bachelor's Degree in any subject from recognized University/Institute with atleast 60% marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level.
OR Bachelor's degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level

Educational Qualification for rest of all other Posts: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

N.B: All candidates who are declared qualified by the Commission for appearing at the Interview/Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test will be required to produce the relevant Certificates such as Mark sheets for all the three years of Graduation/ Provisional Certificate/ Certificate of Graduation in original as proof of having acquired the minimum educational qualification on or before the 1st January,2014, failing which the candidature of such candidates will be cancelled by the Commission.

Age Limit: 
For the post of Statistical Investigator Gr.II: Maximum 26yrs  32yrs as on 01-01-2014
For the post of Assistant Enforcement Officer: Maximum 30yrs as on 01-01-2014
For the post of Sub Inspector in CBI: between 20yrs to 27yrs    20yrs to 30yrs as on 01-01-2014
For rest of all other posts: between 18yrs – 27yrs as on 01/01/2014
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST - 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others - As per norms.

Application Fee: Rs.100/- only. Fee can be paid Offline or Online on basis of mode of Application.

For candidates applying Offline (Hard copy Application): Fee is to paid by means "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS)"only. .CRFS stamps are available at all Departmental Post Offices of the country. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and got cancelled at the Counter of Post Office of issue with the date stamp of the Issuing Post Office.
For Candidates submitting Online Application through SSC's website: Fee can be paid through State Bank of India Challan or on-line account with SBI. Challan form will be generated on-line after submission of Part-I application form (See the Advt. given below for complete details).

NO APPLICATION FEE FOR SC/ST/ PH/ EX-SERVICEMAN AND ALL WOMEN CANDIDATES. 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (Offline mode) or Online (through the official website of SSC).
In case of Offline mode, candidates may download the Application form from the official website of SSC and then submit the duly filled application to the concerned Regional/Sub-Regional office of the Commission keeping in view the Centre of examination chosen

In case of Online Application form, candidates may submit the application from the website — http://ssconline.nic.in (See live URL given below) in two parts, i.e. Part-I and Part-II. Please follow the instruction on how to apply online carefully given in the released advt. (see the PDF file below).
After successful submission of Online Application form, print-out the system generated Registration Slip which will appear on the computer screen, for future correspondence. DO NOT SUBMIT THE PRINT-OUT TO THE COMMISSION. 
N.B: The facility of on-line application will be available upto 12.02.2014  22/02/2014 (5:00 pm) for Part-I registration and for Part-II registration upto 14.02.2014  24/02/2014 (5.00 p.m.).

Due to various advantages over offline mode application, applicants are encouraged to apply online.

Last date of submission of Application form in the concerned Regional/Sub Regional office (in case of Offline mode application): 14/02/2014    24/02/2014 (21.02.2014   03.03.2014 for candidates from Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul-Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep)
Last date of submission of Online mode Application: 12.02.2014  22/02/2014 (5:00 pm) for Part-I registration AND 14.02.2014  24/02/2014 (5.00 p.m.) for Part-II registration.
