Qualification: 10+2 with science and Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician or Certificate in Operation Theatre cum Central Sterile supply Assistant Training Course from recognized institution. Must have minimum 2yrs of experience in the field.

5. ASI (Dental Technician) (Male & Female): 2 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: 10+2 with science and 2 years Diploma in Dental Hygienist course and one year experience as a dental technician.

6. HC (Steward) (Male & Female): 3 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Matriculation and Diploma/ Certificate in Catering Kitchen Management and one year experience in similar job in reputed hotel.
Age Limit: between 18yrs to 25yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2400

7. CT (Lab Asst.) (Male & Female): 33 Nos. (Gen—5; OBC—18; SC—9; ST—1)
Qualification: Matriculation with Science and must have certificate in Laboratory Assistant Course
Age Limit: between 18yrs to 25yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-

8. CT (Ayah) (Female only): 5 Nos. (Gen—2; OBC—2; SC—1; ST—0)
Qualification: Matriculation with Science and must possess First Aid Examination pass certificate from Red Cross Society or should be trained Dai. Candidates must have one year experience in the field.
Age Limit: between 18yrs to 25yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-

N.B: 10% of vacancies are reserved for Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Upper age relaxation: Age limits mentioned above along with the posts will be counted as on 31/07/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST - 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others - As per norms.

Physical Standards (For all posts) —
Male: Height—170cms (162.5cms for ST); Chest (unexpanded/ expanded)—80/85 cms (76/81cms). Weight—proportionate to height and age.
Female: Height—157 cms (150cms for ST) and Weight—Proportionate to height and age.
cut-off in height and chest for Hill areas residents and States is as per norms (See the Advt. for details. Link given below)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for all posts —
For Male candidates— One Mile race to be completed in 6.30 minutes, 11 feet long jump (three chances to be given), 3 ½ feet high jump (three chances to be given)
For Female candidates — 
800 Mtrs. race to be completed in 4 minutes, 9 feet long jump (three chances to be given), 3 feet high jump (three chances to be given)

Vision: For all above posts, the minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of two eyes without correction

Candidates applying for any one of the above posts must not have knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

Selection of the candidates will be through Documentation, Physical measurements, Physical Efficiency Test, Written examination, Techinical Test (Trade test) and finally Medical Examination.

Qualification Required: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of Computer Application such as – word processing (MS Word, Etc)
Candidates applying for post in a particular state should be proficient in the language of the state i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language
