Recruitment of Graduate Engineers on Contractual Basis  for GATE-2014 candidates

Central Electronics Limited is a Public Sector Enterprise, Schedule B Company under Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology.
CEL is looking forward to recruit high caliber and talented professionals on contractual basis for two years which is further extendable on performance basis for one more year. On the basis of exemplary performance during the contractual period, the incumbents may also be considered for absorption in regular cadre of the Company. Applications are hereby invited for following posts :

• Graduate Engineer : 14 posts on contract basis (B Tech/ B E in Electronics & Communication - 8,  Mechanical Engineering-2, Material Science/ Physics/ Chemistry - 4), Qualification :  Full time Bachelor's Degree or Masters degree in relevant discipline with not less than 65% marks. Final year/semester students are also eligible. However, they have to obtain at least 65% marks in their engineering degree. Eligible candidates will have to appear for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) - 2014. Based on the GATE-2014 marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted at Ist stage, Payment : Rs.23000/- for first year and Rs.24000/- for second year, will be absorb in CEL if found suitable in the pay sale of Rs. 16400-40500, Age : 27 years as on 31/08/2013.

Apply Online : Candidates need to appear for GATE-2014 and apply for the post from  01/01/2014  to 20/01/2014 with the GATE-2014 Registration Number.

Special Class Railway Apprentices' Examination (SCRA), 2014

• Age : Not less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as on 1/1/2014. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
• Educational Qualification: Must have passes in the first or second division, The intermediate or an equivalent examination (10+2) of a University /Board approved by the Government of India with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination.
• Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.
