The contractual period will extended every year upon satisfactory performance of the candidates till the end of the project. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognized University in any discipline AND Certificate in Computer Application.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years

Consolidated Pay: Candidates will be given consolidated professional fees of Rs. 11,0007 per month with enhancement of Rs.5007/- per year during first 5 years in the project and Rs.6007/- per year after next  5 years.

Length of Service: Candidates will be engaged on contractual basis. The engagement will for a period of one year for development and implementation of e-Governance project which may be renewed on yearly basis by the Head of Department as per requirement of the project, and as per satisfactory performance of the candidate.

Physical Efficiency Test will be of qualifying nature only and will consist the following —
For Male candidates — Run for a distance of 1000 mtrs in 4minute and 15seconds.
For Female candidates — Run for a distance of 400 mtrs in 3minutes and 10seconds.

Examination Fee: Rs.100/- only. The Examination fee should be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft/Pay Order from any Nationalized Bank or crossed Indian Postal Order from any Post Office drawn in favour of " Senior Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell, Eastern Railway" payable at "KOLKATA" . Pay Scale and Consolidated Pay: Consolidated pay of Rs.10,000/- per month during training period of six months.
