Educational Qualification :
Applying Candidates are must qualified with 10th Standard or passed ITI in any trade relevant to above mentioned disciplines are eligible. Candidates possessing 10 + 2 TES form 2014 obtained from Indian Army are also eligible.
Age Limit :
The upper age limit for general category applicants are 33 Years as on 1st January 2014. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable to reserved category applicants as per the rules followed in age reservation.
Selection Process :
Qualified aspirants will be carried on by conducting written examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Examination. Based on the performance in these tests the final selection will takes place.
Application Fee :
Pay Rs.100/- (No Fee for SC/ST/PWD Category Candidates) for general and OBC category candidates by means of DD or Crossed IPO. The fee must be remitted in favour of "FA&CAO, South Eastern Railway, 11 Garden Reach Road, Kolkata-700043" payable at Kolkata.

ABSTRACT
Most ocular diseases are treated with topical eye drops. The poor bioavailability and therapeutic response exhibited by these conventional eye drops due to rapid precorneal elimination of the drug may be overcome by the use of insitu gelling systems that are instilled as drops into the eye and undergo a sol-to-gel transition in the cul-de-sac. The aim of the present investigation is to formulate and evaluate  in situ ocular gelling system of  Moxifloxacin hydrochloride and Ketorolac tromethamine using Gellan gum as gelling polymer and Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC K₄M) as release retardant. The formulations were evaluated for clarity, pH measurement, gellingcapacity, drug content estimation, rheological study, in vitro drug release andsterility testing. Results showed that all formulations were clear and showed pH within the range of 6.0-7.4. All formulation exhibited pseudo plastic rheology.Six different formulations with different concentration of Gellan gum(0.1%w/v,0.3%w/v,0.5%w/v) and HPMC K₄M(0.1%w/v,0.2%w/v)were prepared which was found to have drug content of 99-100% for both drugs.Gellan gum 0.3%w/v with0.1%w/v HPMC K₄M formulation having 87.10%ofMoxifloxacin hydrochloride and 94.17% ofKetorolac tromethamine showing sustained drug release up to12 hours.
