Trainee - Operator / Technician: 260 (Fitter-125, Electrician-135)
Pay Scale: Rs 6300 – Rs 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2600.
Age Limit: 26 years
Educational Qualifications: ITI in Fitter or Electrician Trades

Assistant Sub Inspector (Security): 20
Pay Scale: Rs 6300 – Rs 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2600.
Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualifications: 10+2 with 5 years service in Defense or Para-Military Service.

Nurse cum Midwife: 10
Pay Scale: Rs 6300 – Rs 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2600.
Age Limit: 30 years
Educational Qualifications: General Nursing and Mid-Wifery Course.

Security Officer: 4
Pay Scale: Rs.15600 – Rs 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 5400.
Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualifications: Graduation with 5 yrs service in Defense / Para Military service / Short Service Commission not below the rank of Lieutenant / Assistant Commandant.

Stenographer: 20
Pay Scale: Rs 6300 – Rs 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 3600.
Age Limit: 30 years
Educational Qualifications: Graduation with not less than 50% marks. Candidates applying for stenographer jobs in WBPDCL must have M.S Office knowledge. In addition to this Shorthand @ 100 w.p.m. and Computer Typing and 8000 key depressions per hour is required.

Officer Executive: 25
Pay Scale: Rs.15600 – Rs 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 5400.
Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualifications: Graduation

Assistant Teacher: 12
Pay Scales:
9000 – Rs.40500 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800 (for Post Graduate candidates)
9000 – Rs.40500 with Grade Pay of Rs.4700 (for Honours Graduate candidates)
Age Limit: 30 years

Pay Scale: Rs.15600 – Rs 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 5400.

Educational Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech in IT or Computer Science.

Assistant Manager (Legal): 2
Pay Scale: Rs.15600 – Rs 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 5400.
Age Limit: 33 years
Educational Qualifications: LLB with 1 year post qualification experience.

Selection Process: Written Test (Trade Test wherever is applicable) – Personal Interviews – Group Discussion (wherever is applicable).
