"Block Level Facilitator" for 11 Minority Concentrated Blocks namely – Katwa-I, Purbasthali-II, Bhatar, Galsi-I, Burdwan-I, Kalna-I, Raina-I, Mangalore, Ketugram-I, Monteswar and Khandaghosh on contractual basis. Name of the Post: BLOCK LEVEL FACILITATOR (BLF)
Number of Vacancies: 11 Nos. (One post  in each of 11 Minority Concentrated Blocks, viz. — Katwa-I, Purbasthali-II, Bhatar, Galsi-I, Burdwan-I, Kalna-I, Raina-I, Mangalore, Ketugram-I, Monteswar and Khandaghosh)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and Certificate or Diploma in Computer Application course of atleast one year duration.
Candidates shall have knowledge of Minority Culture, Madrasah and Wakf matters.
Desirable — 2 years working experience in social sector is desirable.

Preference will be given to the candidates permanently residing in the concerned Block area.

Age: Minimum 25 years as on 01.01.2014.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.10000/- per month plus Rs.5000/- as TA/DA/Other expenses per month.

The engagement of the candidates to the above said post is on contractual basis for one year. The contractual period may be extended further, if required.
The selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination of 80 marks (Subjects—English, Mathematics, G.K., Computer and Minority Knowledge), Practical Examination in Computer  for 10 marks (such as MS Office, Internet & LAN) and Viva-Voce for 10 marks.
The candidates qualified in the Written Examination will be called for further selection steps.
Admit card for Written Examination will be available in the District Website on and from 17/02/2014.
