Airman Pay & Allowances

During the training period, a stipend of Rs. 11,400/- per month will be paid. On completion of training, the salary of an Airman including Grade Pay, Military Service Pay (MSP), Group 'X' Pay and Dearness Allowance (DA) is given below
(a) Group 'X' (Technical) Trades. Rs. 24,900/- per month (approximately)
(b) Group 'X' (Education Instructor) Trade. Rs. 25,780/- per month (approximately)

Age Limit: 21 years (25 years for graduates and 28 years for Post Graduates) 
                         

Airman Educational Qualifications: 

Group 'X' Technical Trades
10+2 / Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics and English with not less than 50% marks OR Engineering Diploma Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology)

Group 'X' Education Instructor Trade
Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science with B Ed degree or two year teaching experience in a Government Recognized School/College, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Graduation as well as B Ed.
OR
(ii) Passed MA English/ M.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science/MCA with B. Ed degree or two year teaching experience in a Government recognized School/College.

Physical Standards:
Height: 152.5 CMs
Chest: minimum expansion of 5 CMs
