(a) For Junior Engineer, TES Grade-V(A) & Junior Engineer Grade-I(Group-B Non-Gazetted), a candidate must have at least a Degree in an appropriate Branch of Engineering from a recognized University or its equivalent academic qualification.(b) For Junior Engineer, TES Grade-V.(B) & Junior Engineer-Grade-II (Group-C Non-Gazetted), a candidate must have a Diploma in an appropriate Branch of Engineering or its equivalent academic qualification from recognized Institutions.

10+2 in any discipline from the recognized board.Preference will be given to the higher education.

Post Graduate in any discipline from recognized university & its equivalent. Basic knowledge of Computer

For Engineers. Candidates studying in the Final Year of Engineering Degree and who are qualified graduates of the Degree Course in Engineering will be eligible to apply. The qualified graduates of the Degree Course must possess Engineering Degree at the time of joining training. The candidates studying in the final year of Degree Course, if not already in possession of the Degree Certificate should be able to produce the Engineering Degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at IMA. Such candidates will be inducted for training at IMA on Additional Bond Basis for recovery of the cost of training as notified from time to time as well as stipend and pay & allowances paid, in case they fail to produce the requisite degree certificate.

Master's Degree from a recognized University in the subject mentioned against the respective division as mentioned below and must have secured a minimum of 60% of the aggregate mark in the in final examination

Candidates must have M.Sc Biotechnology/Life Sciences with first class and good academic records. Desirable - One year experience in animal cell culture and Molecular Biology technique. CSIR/UGC/ICMR – JRF/ NET is desirable.

Master Degree in Mathematics with 55% and Diploma in Education/B. Ed with  55% marks. Desirable - Candidates having teaching experience.

1st class M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E/B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) (55% for SC/ST candidates).
