Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is recruiting eligible candidates for the posts of "Management Trainee" in various discipline (See below) for its Divisions/ Offices at different States. Total vacancies— 285 Nos. Interested and eligible candidates may submit their application form online. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria in brief is given below —



1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (TECHNICAL): 200 Nos.
Discipline — Aeronautical, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology in the relevant discipline (Full time 4yrs course after 10+2) with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate. AMIE courses by Institute of Engineers (India) are also eligible

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (INTEGRATED MATERIALS MANAGEMENT): 35 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Full Time) (4 years after 10 +2) in the Branches of Electrical / Mechanical / Production with minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate. AMIE courses by Institute of Engineers (India) are also eligible.

3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MARKETING): 15 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology (4 years Full Time course after 10 +2) in the Branches of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Production, with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management. Candidates must have secured minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate in their Engg. degree.

4. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (HUMAN RESOURCES): 15 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Full Time) (3 years after 10 +2) with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations. Candidates must have secured minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate in their Engg. degree.

5. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (LEGAL): 10 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor of Law (5 years integrated Full Time course after 10 + 2) or Bachelor's Degree (Full Time) with Bachelor of Law (Full Time) (3 + 3 years after 10 + 2). Candidates must have secured minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate.

6. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (CIVIL): 7 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology in Civil (4 years Full Time Course after 10 +2). Candidates must have secured minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate.

7. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ARCHITECTURE): 3 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (5 years Full Time Course after 10 +2) and must have secured minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 11/10/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST - 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others - As per norms.

Candidates' Selection:
Selection of the candidates will be through All-India based Online Selection Test and the Interviews. Candidates who fulfils the eligibility criteria will be called for the Online Test.
Date, time and venue, which will be mentioned in their Admit Card. The candidate has to download his Admit card from HAL website. Admit cards will not be sent either by post or by e-mail. See the below Advt. link for details.

The Online Test will be held at Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Ernakulam, Gulbarga, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Kota, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Noida, Pune, Ranchi, Trivandrum, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam.

Application Fee:
Rs.500/- is to be paid through any branches of State Bank of India, deposited in the specially opened Account No. 30969511830, on behalf of HAL.
SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted for Application Fee.

How to Apply: Apply Online only through the official website of HAL — www.hal-india.com (See the live URL below) from 25.09.2013 to 11.10.2013.
Scan copy of passport size image will require to upload during the application process. Candidates must also posses their own email id.
Candidates will first fill the Part-I Application and then must print-out the system generated Fee payment Challan. After depositing the prescribed fee in designated bank, they should revisit the website and fill the fee details (in Part-II application). (SC/ST/PWD candidates will skip this step since no application fee required for them)
Upon final submission of Online Application form, the system generated Registration Number and Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Print-out the generated Slip on plain paper and retain safely for future correspondence. THERE IS NO NEED TO SEND ANY FORM/ DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE.
