The Petroleum, Chemical and Petro-chemical Investment Region (PCPIR) between Visakhapatnam and Kakinada will preserve and safeguard the interests of the fishermen community and provisions are accordingly included in the master plan.

This was stated by Jayesh Ranjan, Managing Director of AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), and Chairman of PCPIR.

At a meeting on road network in the PCPIR at Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority office here on Saturday, he said the master plan would carry the aspirations of all sections and the draft would be placed before the public soon. Read more
