(i) At least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC. (ii) A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category should either be a graduate from a recognized University or should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.
(iii) Candidates applying for post in a particular state should be proficient in the language of the state i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the language.

Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University with Diplomas in Application Programming and in Computer Technology of at least one year each from a reputed institute and a total experience of at least 3 years of working in the field of computer hardware and networking in Departments/ PSUs/ Boards/ Organisations of Government of India/ State Governments or in any reputed company/ firm.

B.Sc. Ag. /B.Sc. Chemistry. Desirable : Experience in Soil Testing & Tissue Culture  Lab.

Matriculation along with Mining Mates Certificate of  Competency under MMR 1961 from the Competent Authority.

Matriculation and Diploma in Mining along with Mining  Foremans Certificate of Competency under MMR 1961 from the Competent Authority.

MA / MSc (Economics/Economatrics/Statistics), Master in Social Works(MSW)/MA(Sociology), BE (IT / Computer Science) /MCA.

Candidate must be a degree holder (at least second division) BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA. Candidate must have minimum of two years of work experience preferably in IT / e-Governance related field.
