Posts — Assistant Chemical Analyser, Scientific Assistant, Laboratory Attendant, Scientific Officer and Scientific Asst. 1. Scientific Officer (Group B) Cyber Crime, Tape Authentication & Speaker Identification.
Number of Vacancies: 30 Nos. 
Educational Qualification: Second Class PG Degree in Computers/Electronics/ Physics/Information Technology with Degree in relevant subject OR At least IInd Class Engineering Degree in Information Technology/Electronics/ Computers.
Emoluments: Rs.18000/-
Age: maximum 35yrs.

2. Scientific Assistant (Group C) Cyber Crime, Tape Authentication & Speaker Identification.
Number of Vacancies: 30 Nos.
Educational qualification: Second Class Degree in Computer/Electronics/ Physics/Information Technology OR At least IInd Class Engineering Degree in Information Technology/Electronics/ Computers
Emoluments: Rs.15000/-
Age: maximum 33yrs.

3. Assistant Chemical Analyser (Group B).
Number of Vacancies: 100 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Second class P.G. Degree in any branch of Chemistry or Bio Chemistry.
Emoluments: Rs.18000/-
Age: maximum 35yrs.

4. Scientific Assistant (Group C).
Number of Vacancies: 100 Nos. 
Educational Qualification: Second class degree in Science with Chemistry subject.
Emoluments: Rs.15000/-
Age: maximum 33yrs.

5. Laboratory Attendant (Group D)
Number of Vacancies: 100 Nos.
Educational Qualification: SSC Failed
Emoluments: Rs.8000/-
Age: maximum 33yrs.

Upper age relaxation: Age mentioned above along with the posts is as on 01-08-2013. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per norms.

The engagement to the above posts is on contract basis for one year from the date of appointment.

Number of Vacancies: 2 Nos. (ST—1; OBC—1)

Age Limit: Maximum 36yrs as on 01-07-2013. Age is relaxable by 5 years for ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates.

Pay Scale: Rs.9400—22000 plus other allowances as per norms. Minimum gross—Rs.17900/- (Approx)

Educational Qualification and Experience —
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent and must possess a Certificate of training in Fire Fighting from a recognized Institution / Centre.
Candidates must possess valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence for at least 5years and must have sufficient knowledge of operations and maintenance of different Fire Pumps, Equipments, Appliances and maneovering of Foam Crash Tender.
Candidates should have sound health and shall be able to conduct, Supervise & attend different fire drills and parades.

Experience: At least 6 years experience in Fire Fighting work in any recognised fire service out of which at least 2 years experience in driving various Fire Appliances like Crash Tender & Jeep Fire Tender.
