Qualification and Pre-Requisite Qualification:
Educational qualification shall be considered as per RRBs CWE-II norms laid by IBPS (See www.ibps.in)
Beside above mentioned qualification, candidates must have appeared and qualified the Common Written Examination (CWE_II) conducted by IBPS during September/ October, 2013 for the recruitment in Officers and Office Asst. Cadre. Candidates must have obtained the Qualifying Standard Score.

For Officer Scale II: above 21yrs and below 32yrs.
For Officer Scale I: above 18yrs and below 28yrs.
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18yrs to 28yrs.

Pay Scale: —
1) For Officers scale – II : Rs. 19400—28100/-
2) For Officers scale – I : Rs.14500—25700
3) For Office Assistants (M P): Rs.7200—19300/-

Probation Period —
Candidates selected for all the post of Officers cadre will be put on probation for a period of 2 years which can be extended for a further period not exceeding 1 year.
Candidates selected for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be put on probation for a period of 1 year which can be extended for a further period not exceeding 6 months.

Candidates Selection —
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview.
The Interview will be held at the Srinagar centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank‟s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.

After final and successful submission of Online Application form, candidates must print-out the system generated Registration Slip for future correspondence. The print-out of Registration slip shall retain safely for use at the time of Interview, if called.

Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-Operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics & Accountancy.
Experience: Minimum 02 years as Officer in any Bank.
