Haldia Dock Complex (HDC) is recruiting Fire Engine Driver and Hindi Translator under Administration Division. The vacancies are on contractual basis for a period of one year which may be extended further on basis of requirement and performance. 1. FIRE ENGINE DRIVER 
Number of Vacancies will be intimated in due course.
Qualification: Madhyamik pass and must possess a Certificate of training in Fire Fighting. Candidates must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence for at least 5 years. Candidates should have sound health and shall be able to carry strenuous duties.
Experience: Must have one year experience in fire fighting work including some experience in driving various Fire Appliances like Crash Tender, Jeep Fire Tender, etc.
Age: Shall not be below 25 years as on 01/11/2013
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.12400/- per month

2. HINDI TRANSLATOR
Number of Vacancies will be intimated in due course. 
Qualification: Graduation with Hindi & English as two subjects.
Experience: Minimum 3 years' working experience in Translation job from Hindi to English and vice versa, or, in Hindi Teaching / Journalism.
Preference will be given to the candidates who have done Post Graduation in Hindi as well as who have knowledge of Computer application in Hindi & English. 
Age: Shall not be below 25yrs as on 01/11/2013.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.13400/- per month.

Place of Posting: —
The office of the selected candidate for the post of "Hindi Translator" shall normally be at the office of the Manager (Admn.), Haldia Dock Complex, Jawahar Tower Building, Haldia Township, Purba Medinipur-721607.
The selected candidate for the post of "Fire Engine Driver" will normally be posted at different stations of Fire Unit of Haldia Dock Complex. However, if so decided by the Competent Authority, the selected candidate may be posted at any other locations.

The vacancies to the above said posts are on contractual basis under Administration Division of Haldia Dock Complex. The initial contract period will be of one year. 3. Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): 3 Nos. (ST—2; ST—1)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) pass and Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts.
Candidates must have two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheeler in the city of Kolkata.
Preferred: Preference will be to the candidates who have Tuberculosis health visitors recognized course & two years of work experience in the related field OR Govt. recognized Degree/ Diploma in social work or medical social work with two years experience in the related field. OR completion of Basic Training course for multi- purpose health workers or recognize sanitary inspectors course with two years of filed experience in the related filed.
Preference will be given to the resident of Kolkata and to the candidates with good communication skills in local language & willing to travel in the area of work.
Age: Maximum 62 years.
Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.
