Educational Qualification —
1. Jr. Overman: Candidates must possess valid Overman's Certificate of Competency, valid Gas Testing Certificate and Valid First Aid Certificate.
2. Mining Sirdar: Candidates must possess valid Mining Sirdar Certificate of Competency, valid Gas Testing Certificate and Valid First Aid Certificate.
3. Overseer (Civil): Matriculation with 03 years duration Diploma course in Civil Engineering.
4. Dy. Surveyor (Mining): Matriculation with Mines Survey Certificate of competency granted by DGMS for working in Coal Mines.
5. Asst. Foreman (Elect.): Matriculation with 03 years duration Diploma course in Electrical Engineering and must possess Electrical Supervisorship Certificate valid for mines.
6. E.P.Electrician (Excv.)/ Technician: Matriculation with ITI in Electrician Trade with Statutory Certificate as per I.E Rules and must have completed Apprenticeship Training under Apprenticeship Act-1961.
7. Electrician (Non-Excv.)/ Technician: Matriculation with ITI in Electrician Trade and must have completed Apprenticeship Training under Apprenticeship Act – 1961. Candidates must possess LT Permit under IE rules for mines or 440-550 Volts mining parts.

Age Limit: Between 18yrs to 30yrs as on 30/10/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST - 5yrs and for OBC- 3yrs.  Others, if any, - As per norms.

Pay Scale: —
For the posts at Sl. No: 01, 02, 03, 04 & 05: Selected candidates shall be placed in Technical & Supervisory Grd.C on initial basic pay of Rs. 19,035.02 per month as per norms.  (See the advt. link below for details)
For the posts at Sl. No: 06 & 07: Candidates will be placed on wages system during training period. Daily wages will be Rs.617/- and will be increased after completion of training period. (See the advt. link below for details)

Candidates' Selection:
The selection of candidates will comprise of written test and interview. The candidates short listed in the written test shall only be eligible to appear for interview.
Written test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an objective type written test at any one of the test centers at Ranchi. Exact schedule of written test will be displayed on CCL website (www.ccl.gov.in) in due course.
Interview: Candidates short listed on the basis of their performance in the written test will be called for interview and the intimation will be given to the candidates through registered post and e-mail.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may submit their application form through Online mode or Offline mode as per convenience of the candidates.

After registration, they may login the website and can proceed to the online Application form.
After successful submission of online Application form, the system generated Registration slip along with unique application ID will appear on the computer screen. Print-out the generated slip on plain paper.

Norms and Condition —

1. Only female candidates, Married/ Widow or Legally divorced, are eligible for the vacancies. 
2. Candidates must be resident of the village under the said block where vacancies are available. The EPIC/ Voter card or Ration card is to be provided for proof of residence. 
3. Candidates must be minimum 30 years and maximum 40 as on 01/01/2013. For SC/ST candidates, the age should be between 22 years to 40 years. The verification of age will be made on basis of Date of Birth mentioned in the Madhyamik pass certificate/ admit card. 
4. Candidates must be minimum Madhyamik pass or equivalent. Candidates with higher qualification may also apply but there will be no additional marks for higher qualification. Selection will be purely on basis of performance in Madhyamik examination.

Department of Agriculture (West Bengal), Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP), Garmal Milli Watershed, Pashchim Medinipur —  is recruiting Watershed Development Team Member (WDT Member) under the "Garmal IWMP Project, Block- Salboni" at the PIA level. The above prescribed educational qualification can be relaxed by the WCDC with the approval of WBSWDA in deserving cases keeping in view the practical field experience of the candidate in watershed development works / community organisation / social mobilisation etc. The candidates may be required to take up the process of data entry for uploading into MIS of DoLR, MoRD, GOI as well as take up responsibility of accounting system in their concerned watershed development project.
The candidate(s) may preferably be selected from the watershed project area or from nearby areas.

Salary: Maximum Rs. 10,000/- per month depending upon his / her qualifications & experience.

The engagement to the above said posts will be contractual basis (temporary). Once engaged, the candidate will be considered as a devoted full time worker under the PIA, Garmal Mill Watershed, Block- Salboni and he / she will not be allowed to work under any other organization / VO/ / NGO etc.
