Training programme for Graduates in Jammu & Kashmir and Recruitment for the post of Probationary Officer and Probationary Clerks  the Special Industry Initiative – Jammu & Kashmir (SII—J&K) Scheme.

This scheme aims the unemployed residents of J&K who have done Graduation or above to provide residential training for skill development and employability.
300 Candidates will be shortlisted initially for Training based on academics / written test and /or interview, in co-ordination with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Govt of Jammu & Kashmir.

Training period will be of 3 months and certificate will be awarded to the successful candidates. The 150 candidates who came out successful in the selection process, post training, will be appointed in the Bank in the posts of — Probationary Officer (JMGS—I) and Probationary Clerk.
