Academic-Passed 10th standard examination or equivalent with Maths & Science from a recognized Board/Institute.Technical : National Craft Instructors Certificate under Modular Pattern in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant trade. National Trade Certificate/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Computer Operator & Programming Assistant trade. OR Three years Diploma in the Computer Engineering from recognized  Board/Institute. OR Four Years Degree in Computer Application from recognized Board/  Institute.Practical Experience : Not less than 5 years of working in Govt./Semi Govt./ISO 9000 certified Computer industry .

Minimum GNM/Health worker.

Graduate (Science preferable) and Degree in Library Science from a recognized University. The candidates who have appeared for final year Exam and are awaiting results can also apply.

55% marks in LLB Degree (3 years after Graduation or 5 years after 10+2).

Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English, with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR (b) Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology /Information Technology) from a Government recognised Polytechnic Institute with minimum 50% marks in overall aggregate, and 50% marks in English in Diploma or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma.

10+2 with 60% marks aggregate in total and minimum 60% in each subject of Maths and Physics from an education board recognised by Central/State Government. (Maximum 5% relaxation in the above percentage for SC/ ST candidates, sports person of National level and wards of Coast Guard uniform personnel deceased while in service).
