Business Presentation Specialist (BPS)
The BPS creates PowerPoint charts from handwritten or electronic manuscripts sent by McKinsey consultants and assigned by a Process Leader for completion within an agreed upon time frame. Business Presentation Specialists' work involves the creation of new pages, editing and formatting existing documents as well as converting presentations from one template to another. 

Business Presentation Reviewer (BPR)
The Business Presentation Reviewer (BPR) is responsible for reviewing handwritten fax/draft and digital manuscripts that are submitted by McKinsey consultants for being created in PowerPoint. These submitted drafts need to be reviewed for readability/legibility, assessed for complexity and checked for completeness and clarity of instructions. The RR is also responsible to contact McKinsey consultants in case of any issues to clearly define the work required and desired end product and captures those agreements for Process Leaders and BPS. 

Service Desk Specialist (SDS)
The SDS acts as the primary interface for McKinsey consultants. You will use your excellent communication skills via phone, e-mail and chat. Service Desk Specialists work in a variety of areas, from reserving time and capacity for presentation production requests, negotiating deadlines to handling escalations and connecting customers to the appropriate support teams within our organization.

Business Presentation Designer (BPD)
Getting their briefing from consulting team, Business Presentation Designers ensure that our presentations are compelling communications and are in line with our design and format guidelines. Working closely with image editors, they create and integrate the imagery that best captures the consulting team's important points. 

Reservation Coordinator (ReC) 
The Reservation Coordinator (ReC) is the primary contact for a McKinsey consultant to book a reservation. The Reservation Coordinator's work involves reviewing and checking emails for completeness of information, estimating the effort, planning capacity, confirming and prioritizing requests, and communicating and negotiating with the consultants on scope and deadline if required. 



For all the above roles, the desired candidate profile is as follows:
  • Any graduation (excluding BE/ B Tech/ ME/ M Tech/ MCA/ BCA / or any specialization in Computer Science & Information Technology)
  • Prefer candidates with work experience of 6 months - 5 years in voice/ non-voice based BPO roles such as:
    • Market Researchers/Search Engine Optimizers
    • Quality Analysts/Quality Controllers
    • Transcriptionists (Medical/Legal/Business)

Applications are invited on the prescribed form from the unemployed/under employed youth/beneficiaries belonging to below poverty line category of urban areas of Kathua District for the composite loan upto Rs 2.00 laces including 25% of the project cost as subsidy to be provided by the agency under the scheme urban self employment programme (USEP) of Swaran Jyanti Shahari Rojgar Yojana (SJSRY) for setting up their own income generating units and free one year computer training course and six months skill Development training in the trades like information Technology, Electrician, plumbing, Mobile repairing, Fashion Designing, Tailoring, Beautician, Softy's making, AC and Refrigerator repair, Art and craft, CCC, Desktop, Publishing, Multimedia computer aided account etc. 

Eligibility :-

Age :- Minimum age of 18 years as on date of submission of form.

Qualification:-
1. For loan:- No minimum and maximum qualification is required
2. Electrician, Plumber, A/C & Refrigerator Repair,
Fashion Designing :- 8th Pass and above.
3. CCC, Desktop publishing, multimedia and computer aided accounts:- 10th Pass and above.
4. Tailoring, Beautician, Softy's making, and Art and Crafts:- No minimum and maximum qualification is required.
5. One year Computer :- 12th pass and above. Application forms free of cost are available in the office of the Project Officer, District Urban Development Agency Kathua Shiva Flour Mills Kalibari Kathua and Executive Officer, Municipal Committees concerned Hiranagar, Parole, Billawar, Basohli & Lakhanpur and submit the same along with following documents :-

1. Two photographs

2. Proof of residence in the town for last three years.
3. Annual income certificate issued by revenue authority stating therein that annual income of
family from all sources does not exceed Rs 1.00 Lakh
4. Affidavit duly attested by judicial Magistrate/Notary as per prescribed Performa annexed with the application form.
5. An attested copy of Date of Birth certificate.

UPSC SCRA Exam 2013 Results | Online Detailed Application Form (DAF)

SPECIAL CLASS RAILWAY APPRENTICE`S EXAMINATION, 2013

The written result of the Special Class Railway Apprentices (SCRA) Examination, 2013 has been declared by the Commission and the same is available on the Commissions website, http://www.upsc.gov.in. It is informed that all the written qualified candidates are required to fill up and submit the Detailed Application Form (DAF) ONLINE followed by sending of ink signed copy of the printout of DAF along with their photographs and all relevant documents to the Commission. The DAF shall be available on the Commissions website up to 06.06.2013 till 11.59 P.M. Important Instructions for filling up and submitting the ONLINE DAF are also available on the website along with the Rules of SCRA Examination, 2013. The last date for the receipt of printed copy of DAF (ink signed) along with relevant documents is 10.06.2013. In the event of non-receipt of ink signed copy of DAF, the candidature will be cancelled without any further notice. 


The candidates are also required to bring a printed copy of the DAF duly signed (by the candidate) along with original documents and a photocopy each thereof at the time of interview. The candidates must also check before hand their certificates in accordance with the important instructions available on the website of the Commission with regard to the certificates that are required to be produced at the time of Interview. The candidates will be solely responsible for not producing sufficient proof in support of his/her age, date of birth, educational qualification, caste (SC/ST/OBC) and physical disability status. The candidates shall be informed for their Personality Test, (likely to be held in the month of July, 2013) through e-mail followed by speed post. The details of Personality Test shall also be available on the Commissions website in due course.
