JOIN TERRITORIAL ARMY AS AN OFFICER.

ELIGIBILITY NORMS: —
Educational Qualification: Graduate from any recognised University in any discipline.
Age Limit: between 18yrs to 42yrs as on 30/06/2013
Candidates' profession: Any male candidates employed in Central Govt./ Semi Govt/ Private Firm/ Own business or Self-employed may apply for the vacancies.
N.B: Serving employees of Police/ Para Military Forces are not eligible to apply.

Selected candidates will be able to continue with their primary profession or jobs. That means candidates will both serve the nation as a civilian and as an Territorial Army.

Candidates will be selected through Written Examination and Interview. Successful candidates from Interview will further undergo a Service Selection Board (SSB) and Medical Board for final selection.
Written examination will be hold on 18th August,2013 on following topics — (i) Short Essays, (ii) Objective Type question on General Awareness (includes issues related to Political/ Economical affairs, International Situation and Sports)

Call letters with examination details, venue and exact date and time will be dispatch to the eligible candidates in due course.
Examination centre will be at – Chandigarh, Lucknow, Patna, Kolkata, Shillong, Jaipur, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Udhampur and Srinagar.

Trainings after selection of the candidates —
There will be one month basic training in the first year of commission and Two months annual training camp every year including the first year and Three months Post Commissioning training within first two years at IMA Dehradun.  (For details, see the officially released Advertisement. Pay and Allowances and privileges will be same as Regular Army Offices (See the advt.)

Allahabad UP Gramin Bank is recruiting 219 Officers (Scale-I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). Eligible candidates who have qualified the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 may apply for the vacancies. Application can be submitted through Online system.
