Teacher Eligibility Test Passed with minimum qualifying 60% marks i.e. 90/150 marks. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with NCTE (Recognitition Norms and Procedure), Regulation, 2002

Graduation from any recognized university and Diploma in Computer Application.

Three years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering recognized by the State Government or ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench Fitter / Welder (ITI with NCTVT  Certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational Education & Training of any State Government) (with one year experience after passing NCTVT in case of Welder), after passing SSC / equivalent examination with Hindi / English / Local language, as one of the subjects.  

Full Time I.T.I. Certificate in the respective Trade. Desirable : Diploma Holders.

B.Sc  Agriculture /Zoology/Botany/Microbiology

M.Sc Agriculture /Zoology/Botany/Microbiology.

M.E/M.Tech in Comp.Science Engg or Information technology or software Engineering. M.E/M.Tech in ECE/ Applied Electronics/ Communications/Embedded Systems.
