Educational Qualification TGT: Four years' integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate OR Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and in aggregate. C. MISCELLANEOUS TEACHING POST) [GROUP B POST]
— Librarian: 112 Nos.
— Primary Teacher: 1979 Nos.
— PRT (Music): 100 Nos.
Educational Qualification —
For Librarian: Bachelor's degree in Library Science or Graduate with one year Diploma in Library Science from a recognised Institution. Candidates must have working knowledge of Hindi & English.

For Primary Teacher: Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent AND Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSE AND Competence to teach through Hindi & English media.

For PRT (Music): Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or
Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor Degree in Music or equivalent and Competence to teach through Hindi & English media.

Age Limit: —
For PGT: Maximum 40yrs.
For TGT: maximum 35yrs.
For Miscellaneous Teaching Posts (Librarian): maximum 35yrs.
For Primary Teacher and PRT (Music): maximum 30yrs.
Upper age relaxation — Age will be counted as on 28/08/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST - 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Others - As per norms.

After successful submission of Online application form, candidates must print-out the system generated application format.
The print-out Application form along with Self-Attested copies of testimonials in support of eligibility (such as qualification certificate, mark sheet, Age proof, caste certificate and etc) is to be sent at the following address by ORDINARY POST only — Post Box No. 3076, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003, so as to reach on or before 12.09.2013.
Superscribe the top of the envelope with — "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF -_________".

Examination Fee: Rs.750/- is to be deposited through Indian Bank by means of fee payment challan in a specially opened Account No. 935020934. Examination fee can be also paid through Credit/ Debit card during online form submission.
Candidates may print-out the fee payment challan from the website of KVS. See the below link for details.
No Application fee for SC/ST and Physically Handicapped candidates.

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination and Interview. Written Examination will be Multiple Choice types (see the syllabus from the official website of KVS. Link given below) and will be held at respective centre of KVS across the Country.
For West Bengal, Examination Centre will be at Kolkata.
